There are so many decisions to make when planning your wedding, I’d like to make choosing a photographer an easy one for you.
Style & Approach
When you are looking for a wedding photographer, style is important and broadly speaking there are two types of wedding photography; photojournalistic or documentary and traditional. I fall somewhere between the two.
Whilst my approach is definitely telling the story as it happens, most people want the odd group shot too. The balance between the two means you get the best of both worlds, with a more natural and relaxed approach.
Why choose me?
I love weddings. I can’t promise that the sun will shine, but I can promise you will receive a beautifully edited photographs. As a thank-you for booking, you will also receive a pre wedding photo session.
I am old fashioned when it comes to value. Pricing is transparent (you won’t receive watermarked images you have to buy afterwards) and I’ve included a guide below.
Having had a corporate career, I guess professionalism sticks. I’ve learnt over the years you can be professional, friendly and fun at the same time – professionalism means I take my work and your happiness seriously, so delivering you an outstanding service is important.
I am very relaxed and rather than a ‘stand here’ kind of approach I blend into the background, help with stray toddlers, champagne glasses, reading glasses too sometimes, dresses caught under shoes and capture my photographs by being everywhere at once.
Naturally, I’m energetic, highly organised, super efficient, incredibly reliable, friendly and approachable. This all adds up to mean you can trust that working with me will be an enjoyable experience and ultimately one where you will end up with a gorgeous set of photographs that retell the story of your amazing wedding day, allowing you to relive it over again.
